Cyd's moved!

We're very proud (and beyond excited) to announce that Cyd's is now in a new home! On December 30th, 2006 the doors at Cyd's at 4607 N Prospect Road closed.
On January 22nd, 2007, Cyd's opened to the public at
5901 N. Prospect Road- in Junction City. We've added an eat-in cafe, private dining room and fully expanded facilities!  Some big changes are headed toward Cyd's & Peoria-- but you can count on Cyd's to keep our pledge of delivering only the best tasting, high quality foods made from the freshest ingredients!
Please join us in our new location in Junction City!  We're looking forward to growing with you!

Cyd's Hands-On Cooking Classes

Every month (except December), Cyd's offers cooking classes.  For just $45, each student learns how to cook, hands-on,  at least one recipe & interacts with other students on making other dishes.  Each class works with a menu composed of several recipes designed around a general theme.  All students take part in creating all the recipes, making up an entire meal of many components.  Upon completion of the meal, everyone samples all of the dishes & comment on the preparation of the dishes, possible changes to the recipes & more.  It's a night filled with learning, fun & great food.  *these classes are all hands-on cooking.

August Class |   Monday, August 25th @ 6:30pm: Stacked, Wrapped & Rolled

Need a new ‘twist’ on cooking?  Join us for a night of late summer fun with an all hands on cooking class exploring dishes with inspired assembly! These recipes are such to please the eye— and the palate! We’ll be enjoying the final bounties of our local Farmer's Market. This class will touch on basic kitchen techniques & grilling applications, and is rated at an easy to moderate level.  Appetizers through dessert will be approached.

*emily also teaches classes @ Hearth & Patio in Pioneer Parkway (*pictured above.)
